Site Protect includes 24x7 monitoring of your systems against intrusion, application of security patches immediately upon release, application of standard Operating Systems patches within 2 weeks of release, support for all Windows and Unix based systems, regular check-ins, and 4 hours of onsite IT support / month to troubleshoot issues or install new IT software or hardware.  

You may contact ChantillyIT for any issues or concerns as often as needed on a Site Protect plan.   ChantillyIT will reach out to your designated contact weekly with at least 1 onsite visit per month.   An IT specialist will be assigned to your account along with a backup individual to ensure you have uninterrupted IT coverage. 

There is a baseline monthly price for all office sizes.  This covers our base costs for patch management and risk monitoring.   After the baseline price, the price increases as the office size increases.  Please contact us for a quote based on your needs.   Most plans are under $50,000 / year.   If the office is large enough to start costing closer to $65,000, it is often better to hire a dedicated person and use ChantillyIT to supplement your dedicated IT person. 

Contact your assigned IT specialist.  Often additional services are able to be included with the standard price if scheduled with enough planning.  If this is an emergency installation or troubleshooting, unrelated to a security issue, and there is no time to plan resources, we charge $50 / hour.  All fees are passed directly to the specialist with no upcharge from ChantillyIT.
